What is your return policy?
It is pretty simple. You may return your Oval flashlight for any reason within 30 days of puchase for a full refund. We are confident that you'll love your Oval flashlight, but if it doesn't suit your needs, just send it back to us. We'll gladly refund the purchase price (not incl. shipping).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our website, as well as Paypal. If you'd like to pay with American Express, Discover or echeck, please checkout using paypal.
What is an LED?
LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. LEDs are ideally suited for use
in flashlights because they are virtually unbreakable, are more efficient
that incandescent lights, and last for over 50,000 hours. How long is
fifty thousand hours? If you use your flashlight for 1 hour every day
for 135 years, that is about 50,000 hours.
How do I install the batteries?
Unscrew the thumbscrew on the left side of the flashlight and remove
the battery door. Using the markings inside the battery compartment as
a guide, insert 3 AA batteries with proper orientation. Replace battery
door and insert thumbscrew. Do not overtigten thumbscrew.
I want to sell the Oval Flashlight in my store. How can I become
a dealer?

What is your warranty coverage?
Oval flashlights are warranted under normal usage against defective materials
and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
Repair or replacement will be made at our discretion, free of charge for
parts and/or labor.
For repair or replacement: Send defective unit, sales slip, contact/delivery
information, and description of problem to Gelb Design, FLLC. Each product
must be accompanied by sales slip showing date of purchase. Please do
not return this flashlight to your dealer for service. Only Gelb Design,
FLLC is authorized to honor this warranty.

been subjected to tampering, misuse or negligence. This warranty is in
lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty
of merchantability. Neither the seller nor manufacturer shall be liable
for any loss or damage, consequential or direct, arising from the use
or inability to use this product. Defects resulting from misuse, abuse,
accident or unauthorized servicing are expressly excluded from coverage
under this warranty.
